No...it's a tribute. If I wanted to rip off the Psycho Rangers, I would've done what Blessranger always does and just pasted a bear's head on a pre-existing Psycho Ranger image. However, I'm not a cheapo like Blessranger is, so instead I do my own Psycho Ranger art. It's far less cheesy looking that way!
