Well in countdown to destruction you see the Gold Zeo Ranger, But that was in the episode Countdown to Destruction and it also had Ninjor and the Blue Senturion, but they weren't on the cover, And if you want to count it they had MMAR, Zeo, Turbo and Time Force in Forever Red

wow this pic is quite old I even forgot about this and this was before I got the zeo rangers according to my last comment. I don't know why they tend to skip over Zeo and Turbo as if they never existed..thats quite sad but ohh well atleast they have space - LSR those series were just as good and if not alot better.
