we are rolling out vista with workplace 07... in two from the pc labs on my campus, as well because the is faculty offices. vista sucks, i've invested the bulk of the past semester (when not engaged in my standard duties) relearning windows to an unacceptable (to me) degree, and shutting down a bunch of junk in vista. office 07 runs fairly nicely on vista. while i never much like the interface, the advancements to ease of use with access are really really wonderful in my guide.
