I think this comes from the pilot version of "Day of the Dumpster," and not the actual episode. Because I don't remember seeing Kimberly falling on Billy like that in the actual episode.

No, it's from the actual episode. In the pilot episode, it's ZACK that falls on top of Billy in a similar fashion... no wonder that one never aired for years.
